John Quinn & Co is reporting an extremely busy spring period with an excellent volume of sales having taken place of properties in and around the city, which included a four bedroom detached property at Gleann Na Coille on the Barna Road, a beautiful four bedroom bungalow in Furbo, a substantial detached property at Maunsells Park, and a beautiful three bedroom residence in Sceilg Ard on the Headford Road. A two bedroom property at Curralee on the Headford Road was snapped up within a few days of it being on the market, and the same applied to a beautiful three bedroom residence at Lurgan Park. Also a four bedroom semidetached residence at Sli Na Sruthan, Clybaun Road, was sold within a few days of being on the market. A three bedroom semidetached residence at Ocean Wave was disposed of, as was a three bedroom semidetached residence at Grattan Park and a four bed semidetached residence at Tara Grove, a property at Claremont Park, and two more in Ocean Wave, Salthill, with sales also in Knocknacarra at Linn Bhui all snapped up relatively swiftly. In total just over €4 million worth of residential sales have taken place in a few short weeks.
According to John Quinn the company is currently offering a wide selection of properties on the market, with new properties having come on the market in Spiddal, Cartur Mor on the Clybaun Road, Bohermore, and Clybaun Road. A four bedroom residence at Ros Aitinn is available along with a five bedroom detached property at Cruachan Park, and a three/four bed residence at Hazel Park.
John Quinn also reports having received instructions to offer a three bed residence in Laurel Park and another two bed apartment at Manor Court, Knocknacarra, which is on the market at a guide price of €95,000.
