Schools invited to fundraise at Galway Kiddies Market

Local primary schools are invited to fundraise at the new Galway Kiddies Market which opens on May 19 at the Clayton Hotel and will continue to be held every second Sunday from 12 noon to 4pm.

With up to 40 stalls with best quality children’s products and services including crafts, toys, clothes, games, baby and toddler equipment, back to school, and mini photo studio, the Galway Kiddies Market promises to be a wonderful event for all children and parents.

The event will also include a Kiddies Corner for children to play with many fun activities including a pool table, mini bouncy castle, air hockey table, facepainting, baby and toddler area, lots of games, toys and things to do or create.

Every trading day, a local primary school is invited to fundraise at the Galway Kiddies Market. There are three excellent ways to successfully collect a significant amount of cash for the school. The Galway Kiddies Market will donate €5 from each stall trading at the event to the school fundraising. A large stall is made available free of charge to the school to sell products donated from families, friends, and businesses. The school is also allowed to collect voluntary donations from the general public attending the event.

The Galway Kiddies Market aims to provide primary schools with a successful fundraising opportunity where the public can support the schools taking part. The general public and local businesses are invited to attend and make a donation to the school. The first primary school fundraising at Galway Kiddies Market is the Bawnmore National School from Claregalway.

Admission to the event is free. For more information on booking a stall or to nominate your primary school to take part at future events phone 087 9190400 or email [email protected]. Alternatively find and like Galway Kiddies Market on Faceback where you will find updates.
