A group of students at Gairmscoil Mhuire in Athenry are compiling a new recipe book to raise funds for the school’s autism spectrum disorder unit.
Students are asking people to submit their favourite recipes for the book, which will include culinary delights from friends, family, and a number of well known Galway people.
Students Aran Potts and Sinead Molloy are working with teachers Clare Conneely, Jeanette McGuire, and Síle Fahy, to publish the book as part of a literacy initiative in the school.
