Galway equestrian Sven Hadley has put himself in a strong position to represent Ireland at the European Championships after taking victory at the recent trials in Wexford.
Hadley claimed the opening class with Adelgonde Z and continued when they also claimed the final Grand Prix. Only Hadley and Vincent Byrne proceeded to the jump-off, but it was Hadley who came out on top, clocking the quicker time of 34.18.
The result comes after a series of wins in both the Wexford Insurance League and the Millstreet Welcome Tour over the Easter weekend.
