WHEN IT comes to Minneapolis, its most famous musical sons are Prince and Hüsker Dü, so could singer-songwriter Andy Elwell become another celebrated Minneapolite?
The singer and guitarist plays Monroe’s Backstage Bar on Friday April 12 at 10pm. His influences are as diverse as Jay-Z and Glen Hansard and he has released four albums to date - Different Places (2006 ), New Ground (2008 ), No One You Will Ever Know (2010 ), and Brave Soul (2012 ).
