Galway author Deirdre Sullivan will launch her new novel, Improper Order, the sequel to the hilarious and much praised Prim Improper, next week.
Improper Order will be launched by poet and author Gerry Hanberry in the Galway City Library, St Augustine Street, on Wednesday April 3 at 6pm.
A novel for young people, it follows the adventures of Primrose Leary, a smart and funny 14-year-old, who has typical teenage troubles with friends, frenemies, boys, and clueless dad.
Sullivan's first novel Prim Improper was shortlisted for the Bisto Children's Book of the Year Awards 2010-2011. All are welcome to the launch.
