New appointments to O’Donnellan & Joyce

O’Donnellan & Joyce auctioneers has recently appointed three new members of staff due to the increased volume of sales, and the company’s appointment as a letting agent and manager for receivership properties.

Mark Forsyth heads up the receivership lettings department. He has 10 years’ experience in the property industry. He has much experience in dealing with receivers over the last number of years and is very familiar with the various forms of reporting on lettings and management. He has worked with one of the leading property agencies in Ireland for more than seven years and has vast experience with the letting, management, and sale of properties. He recently completed the BSc in property studies (SCSI accredited ) with first class honours.

Emma Carpenter works alongside Mark Forsyth within the receiver lettings department. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to O’Donnellan & Joyce, having previously worked with Aviva Insurance for more than 11 years as part of its admin department. She uses her skills and knowledge in customer service/administration to assist clients and tenants in person at the office or over the phone.

Kyle O’Brien joins the residential sales department and works alongside Niall Browne, who is head of secondhand residential sales within O’Donnellan & Joyce.

Kyle O’Brien comes from a sales background, having worked part time in the family business over the last seven years while also completing his BA in financial services in Dublin.
