WALKING A tightrope, jumping through hoops, bending over backwards to please, or dressing in a certain way, there is pageantry in everything we do.
The award winning CoisCéim Dance Theatre will stage David Bolger and Muirne Bloomer’s Pageant, inspired by “the extraordinary of the everyday” and celebrating the “performer in us all”, in the Town Hall Theatre on Tuesday March 19 at 8pm.
Pageant’s cast of seven will dance to music by Bowie and Ravel. The dance styles will range from choreographic mayhem through to military precision.
David Bolger and Muirne Bloomer have choreographed opening ceremonies for the Special Olympics, The Ryder Cup, and the UEFA Europa League Final.
