Innovative Galway Property firm Property Partners Maxwell Heaslip & Leonard will hold its first auctions of 2013 tomorrow, and this auction will be streamed live online at www.propertypartnersauctions.com Tomorrow’s auction will be the first in Galway to be streamed live online.

“Many of the buyers in the market at present are first time buyers and we realise that many of these are not au fait with the auction process, which is becoming a popular route to market for vendors,” said auctioneer and company director James Heaslip. “We aim to create more awareness of the auctions and how the process works, and letting people view them online is the ideal way of achieving this.”

Tomorrow’s auction sees a total of nine lots being brought to the floor.

Tonabrockey, Rahoon

Lots 1 to 5 are an executor sale encompassing an old two-storey farmhouse and lands in Tonabrockey in Rahoon. Comprising five separate lots including the aforementioned house on c4 acres (AMV €120,000 ), the remaining lots are made up of c11.89 acres of land (AMV €75,000 ), c14.6 acres of land (AMV €85,000 ), c0.3 acre with sheds (AMV €10,000 ), and c2.9 acres of land with approximately 124 acres of shared commonage (AMV €12,000 ).
