THE GREAT Tin Minchin has described fellow Aussie comic Benny Boot as “the real thing. Charming, disarming, and proper f**king funny”. Galway will see why soon.
Benny Boot, along with one of Ireland’s finest and most popular comedians Neil Delamere, will play the Róisín Dubh next Wednesday at 8.30pm.
With an engaging persona, Boot delivers his jokes in a unique style on a variety of strange topics. He has performed in Edinburgh twice, in 2011 he debuted his first solo show, Set Up, Punchline…Pause for Laughter and in 2012 Def Con 4 received huge critical acclaim.
Neil Delamere is known for regular appearances on RTÉ’s The Panel and BBC’s The Blame Game. He has presented Neil Delamere’s Just For Laughs and Republic of Telly and featured on Michael McIntyre’s Comedy Roadshow.
Neil has performed at the Kilkenny, Galway, and Melbourne comedy festivals, and at the Montreal Just For Laughs Festival.
