The traditional start to the selling season began for auctioneers last Saturday when O’Donnellan & Joyce auctioneers opened 20 properties to the general public for open viewing. There is a sign of some confidence being restored to the market as huge numbers turned up at the open viewings, particularly first time buyers who were out in strength.
