Show Me The Funny

THE FIFTH and final heat of Show Me The Funny takes place this Monday at The King’s Head, with a headline slot from David McSavage.

Nine up and coming comics will battle it out for a place in the grand final on February 18, each seeking to win the coveted spot at the Comedy Stage at Electric Picnic.

The special guest is the writer and creator of RTÉ 2’s The Savage Eye, and possibly Ireland’s most controversial comedian, David McSavage.

Tickets cost €5 and are available at the door which opens at 8.30pm. Admission includes a free pint of Bulmers Cider.

David will also perform in NUI Galway’s O’Flaherty Theatre on the main concourse earlier that evening. Tickets are €8 from the NUIG Students’ Union office.
