ONLINE CREATIVE writing courses in poetry and prose are being offered by the Western Writers’ Centre.
The courses feature exercises on writing, form and style in poetry, reading recommendations for poetry and prose (including grammar, punctuation and presentation tips ) corrected feedback, and publishing advice.
The courses will run in eight weekly segments and is open to both beginners and those who have published in a modest way already. There will also be engagement with participants upon new work they may be developing.
The tutor is the award winning novelist, poet, critic, and songwriter Fred Johnston. His most recent work is a volume of short stories, Dancing in The Asylum.
