Buy and sell baby items at the Bubbly Baby Market

New and expectant Galway parents concerned about the cost of all baby gear should check out the Bubbly Baby Market in The Salthill Hotel on Sunday February 17.

The Bubbly Baby Market, which is organised by Galwegian Paul Murray, is an event where new parents can buy and sell pre-owned baby items such as buggies, cots, car seats, Isofix bases, bassinets, prams, strollers, highchairs, playpens, safety fences, walkers, swings, rockers, change tables, bikes, and trikes. This is the second such market, the first having taken place in December.

The market will have between 15 and 20 stalls and three and five hobby and craft stalls, catering for the zero-six year age group. Parents can also set up a nursery for about €500 at the Bubbly Baby Market.

Parents wishing to de-clutter and sell on their unwanted maternity, baby, and toddler items to new parents can run their own stall at the market.

Pre-owned baby goods small stalls are €20 which includes a four foot round dressed table with chair and space behind or along side of stall for a maximum of two large items. Pre-owned baby goods large stalls are €30 which includes a six foot round dressed table with chair and space behind or along side of stall for a maximum of four large items. All stall holders take home 100 per cent of their sales on the day.

The market will run from 1pm to 4pm. Admission is €2 per adult. For more information contact Paul on 087 - 6597617 or e-mail [email protected]
