Coole Park will play host to a series of walks for families in the coming weeks.
The walks will take place on Sundays at 3pm and a variety of different themes are planned. All walks are free of charge.
Discover the places most beloved by Lady Gregory and which inspired her literary guests, see the world through the eyes of ‘Me and Nu’, her granddaughters, learn more about the history of Coole through its trees, both native and exotic, or find out the variety of creatures living here from mini beasts to red deer.
On Sunday July 20 walkers can see the world through the eyes of ‘Me and Nu’, granddaughters of Lady Gregory. On Sunday July 27 discover the places most beloved by Lady Gregory and that inspired her literary guests.
All walks will begin at the Coole Park Visitors’ Centre, and will last one and a half hours, weather permitting.
