Britain’s The Stage included director Garry Hynes in its annual Top 100 of the performing arts industry’s most influential individuals calling DruidMurphy “one of the theatre events of the year”.
“We had taken on our most ambitious project to date when we started to rehearse DruidMurphy last spring,” said Ms Hynes. “To come full circle and to see how this incredible ensemble and creative team have managed to convey the power of Tom Murphy’s writing so brilliantly simply reinforces the important part theatre can play in our lives.”
