Connemara Coast Hotel, Furbo announces new bilingual menu

An bhfuil ocras ort? Fancy something tasty for lunch like steig chaoldroma, or perhaps a trinsuir de bhia mara, fresh from Galway Bay?

The Connemara Coast Hotel in Furbo has launched a new bilingual bar menu, available seven days a week at the luxury four-star hotel located on the coast of Galway Bay.

Head chef Kevin Cleary has sourced the freshest ingredients and artisan products to produce a delicious lunch menu which not only offers the best local cuisine, but superb value.

“As the hotel is located in the Connemara Gaeltacht, it was fitting that a bilingual menu would be available to our customers,” he said.

“We have a reputation for great food and service, and as a member of Good Food Ireland are committed to sourcing local artisan products, and the freshest of ingredients.

“At the Connemara Coast Hotel, we provide all of our customers with the best of local cuisine, while at the same time offering superb value.”

There is even more variety on the menu than before, with new additions including a wide range of wraps and sandwiches for those on a quick break.

There is also a new range of vegetarian options, including glasrai suaithfhriochta, or vegetable stir fry, and a range of tempting desserts to round off your meal.

The Connemara Coast Hotel can also cater for private lunch and dinner bookings, and menus can be tailored for individual requirements.

Bar food is served from 12 noon to 9pm, seven days a week.
