Power and Associates has leased Unit K6 Eyre Square Centre, a 106sq ft retail kiosk unit, to Candyland, the confectionery operator, which is now open for business.
This is the third recent letting Power and Associates has completed in the centre; other lettings included Glitzy Bitz and K&T’s. According to George Brady of Power and Associates they received a good level of interest in the units and that demand in general is good for well positioned retail units in the shopping centre.
