GALWAY CHILDREN can get ready to fly to Never Never Land in the company of Peter Pan, the boy who never wants to grow up.
An Taibhdhearc has adapted JM Barrie’s classic story into a stage show for all the family this Christmas season. The show will run from Tuesday December 4 to Saturday 8 at 7.30pm, with a Saturday matinee at 3pm.
The cast includes Emily Ní Bhrosnacháin (Tink ), Gillian Ní Dubhain (Peter ), Ciara Ní Mhaoldomhnaigh (Wendy ), Ruairí MacSeoinín (Mr Darling ), and Yasmin Rather (Mrs Darling ).
Morgan Cooke has composed new music especially for this production of Peter Pan. Kate Uptown is the choreographer. The director is Treasa Ní Thiarnáin, who also directed Peter Pan the last time it took place on An Taibhdhearc in 1987.
