A three-year plan on how to develop supports and services for Galway city and county’s LGBT community will be launched next week.
The plan, entitled Celebrating Diversity, will be launched by the Mayor of Galway Terry O’Flaherty in The Harbour Hotel, New Dock Road, this coming Monday at 7pm. The event is hosted by The Galway LGBT Interagency Group, which is supported by LGBT Diversity Galway.
The launch will be followed by a panel discussion entitled Why do we need LGBT Resource Spaces? with George Robotham of Outhouse and Bernardine Quinn of Dundalk Outcomers.
