One of Ireland’s most successful designers, John Rocha exclusively launched his stunning new jewellery collections at the KIlkenny shop.
Having reached its 10th anniversary at the end of last year, John Rocha Jewellery felt the time was right to take a fresh look at the jewellery brand and they have spent the last year working on the creation of some of their most exciting collections yet.
The new collections, which are available exclusively in the Kilkenny shops nationwide for the next week before they hit other retail outlets, clearly illustrate the unique connection between John Rocha’s catwalk designs, fashion trends and jewellery.
The Lace Collection picks up on a theme which has been incredibly strong in fashion over the last few seasons. The collection has been created by taking actual pieces of lace used in some of John Rocha’s dresses and pressing them into a jewellery master pattern. It creates a beautiful strong embossed impression of the fabric in the smooth surface of the silver and presents a gorgeous tactile finish. The oval shapes are somewhat reminiscent of Victorian or vintage style lockets.
The Little Bird Collection features quirky little birds, in three different finishes – sterling silver, rose gold vermeil and black rhodium on silver. The Little Birds are also available in three different sizes, so can be worn singularly or combined in different size and colours for a cluster look.
The Elements Collection presents some of the best selling designs from previous collections in a new and very pretty format. The clusters are formed from three different elements (hence the name ) with each pendant containing a rose gold vermeil piece, a sterling silver piece and in some cases, a beautifully cut black or purple crystal fob.
Since launching their first Circ designs 10 years ago, the collection has been consistently popular among John Rocha jewellery customers. They have now introduced some beautiful additions to the range at attractive price points and a finer design in line with current jewellery trends.
