GALWAY METAL band Ilenkus and Limerick prog metallers Shardborne will play upstairs in the Róisín Dubh on Friday October 12 from 8pm.
Both bands will embark on a British tour this month and to help this venture the Róisín show will be a fundraiser to support the cost of the tour. Both bands will be performing new material and there will be merchandise on sale.
Ilenkus - Chris Brennan, Sam Ellis, Robin Van Der Klooster, and Josh and Rory Guyett - released their debut album Rule By Thieves late last year. Drop-D.ie has described their music as “majestic post-metal, that’s unpredictable and thoroughly compelling”.
Tickets are available at the door at €5. Included in the entrance fee will be a download code for an exclusive new Ilenkus song.
