NRG Junior, located in the Clybaun Hotel in Knocknacarra, is now enrolling for September classes. If the Gymnastics discipline in the Olympics fascinated your child with its colourful routines, why not check out both the rhythmic and artistic aymnastics classes. For all the Jackie Chan/KatieTaylor wannabes, both the karate and voxercise instructor’s will provide fun and energetic classes without the pressure of making grades.
Our other NRG Junior programmes which include; junior jazzercise, terrific tots, dance-zone, ballet and swimming are an extremely fulfilling and rewarding experience for school going children in a safe, fun-filled environment.
The club has been rolling out these classes for the past five years and the instructors who are highly qualified and extremely enthusiastic motivate the children in all aspects of their learning. Various skills will be taught to the children however the main emphasis is placed on fun for all involved. Swimming classes are also offered to members and non members from the age of four years. The swimming instructors have the skills and knowledge required to ensure a high standard of swimming ability from a young age. As our swimming classes are extremely popular, early registration is vital to avoid disappointment.
