The Fairy Queen and Elf King are on their way to Brigit’s Garden, Moycullen, and they have invite all fairies and elves, young or old, to join them for a day of fairy magic and fun in the beautiful Celtic gardens on Sunday August 12.
There will be story-telling with the Fairy Queen, games with the Elf King, fairy dancing and a treasure hunt, along with face-painting, kids’ disco and crown-making. A highlight of the afternoon will be a costume celebration for all the elves and fairies in the fabulous stone circles, so come dressed up and join in the fun! Elves and Fairies Day is a magical day for children and their families, and is an all-weather event, with activities running from 1.30pm - 5.50pm.
With lunches and teas available in the bright new Garden Café this is a great value day out at only €25 for a family of 5, or €7.50 per adult and €6.50 per child. There is 10 per cent off for Brigit’s Garden Members and free admission for children under four years of age.
Brigit’s Garden is a not-for-profit organisation and a recognised educational and environmental charity. The family-friendly gardens are open daily from 10am to 5.30pm.
