A CONCERT entitled Love, Passion, Heartache, and Joy might sound like a show for country and western songs, with joyful music tagged on at the end to stop it all getting too depressing.
However John Faulkner’s concert Love, Passion, Heartache and Joy will be a journey through all these emotions as conveyed through traditional and folk songs of Ireland, Britain, and the US. Inbetween the songs, John will explain the story behind each one.
The concert takes place this Saturday in the Galway City Museum at 3pm. Admission is free and all are welcome.
