SIÚL, A new choreographic show by Galway dancer Bernadette Divilly, will be staged in the Town Hall Theatre on Saturday July 7 at 8pm.
In Siúl, the audience are invited to contemplate the dance of survival and transcendence that is inherent in walking. This 50 minute performance uses music, composed by Galway singer-songwriter Sharon Murphy, and film.
The dancers/walkers for the show will be Jot Wojakowski, Vicky Donnelly, Aisling Redmond, Leanne Szlarzewicz, Shirley Burke, Gerry Ferguson, Liam Cunnane, John Berry, Gwendoline McHale, Elize Brown, Dave Patterson, and Ayo Largara.
Siúl is dedicated to Mike Diskin.
