It boasts many qualities, such as sea views, large basement partially converted, large rooms, attic converted to bedrooms and fully compliant, good energy rating, and we are expecting a lot of interest at the quoted AMV of €425,000.” The experience in the market today is that many houses are selling for below cost, but with an advised minimum value of just €425,000 this is a fraction of what it would cost to acquire this site and build what is on it today!
