Galway senior ladies’ manager Con Moynihan resigned this week.
The executive of the Galway Ladies Football Board thanked Moynihan for the time and effort he put in as manager over the past few months.
Moynihan, who is from Newbridge near Ballinasloe, is also the chairman of the Ladies Football Board in the county.
Moynihan’s resignation comes in the wake of Galway’s poor display against Mayo in the National Ladies Football League division two final.
