THE LOUGHREA singer-songwriter Ultan Conlon will play Citóg at The Cellar Bar tomorrow night.
Ultan Conlon has played Electric Picnic and the Sea Sessions and has played support and recorded with the legendary John Martyn. His debut album Bless Your Heart was described by the Evening Herald as “the most impressive Irish debut since Damien Rice’s O”. Ultan has also written and produced the soundtrack for the independent Irish film Songs For Amy.
Support is from Myles Manley And The Little People whose songs deal with such diverse subjects as the singer’s Anglo-Irish background, hypocrisy, apolitical protest, lack of money or hope, and Catholic guilt.
Also playing is Dublin folk/soul/blues singer-songwriter Robert Delaney , who recently released his debut solo EP Lilies For My Sweetheart.
