Celebrated chef, author and Ireland’s Good Food Ambassador, Jenny Bristow (pictured right ) will host a cookery demonstration at the Clayton Hotel on Thursday June 7 in aid of Cancer Care West.
Jenny Bristow has recently filmed two new cookery series - Stuffed, for the BBC, co-hosted with Kevin Dundo, and Fabulous Food Adventure for ITV where she travels around Ireland with Barry McGuigan sourcing the best of produce and cooking it in a variety of interesting dishes.
Bristow’s personal cooking style and modern-day approach and character have endeared her to the thousands who watch her television programmes, read her books, interact on the web and experience her master classes.
Jenny Bristow is a firm believer that good food is the best medicine for us and Ireland consumers can be guaranteed the produce has been properly handled, organically grown where possible, and that due care and attention has been taken.
