COLM O’REGAN will headline a night of comedy at The Cellar Bar, Eglinton Street, this Tuesday at 8.30pm in aid of the Global Schoolroom charity.
The Global Schoolroom programme seeks to promote the sharing of educational experience between communities worldwide to help eradicate poverty, promote economic development, and build sustainable communities.
The programme works directly with teachers and communities to build a strong framework for high standards of teacher education. Once in place, the Global Schoolroom programme is designed to be sustained by local networks.
MC on the night is Aidan Killian. Support is from Gary Lynch, Michael No, Michael Porter, and Alan Scarry. Admission is €10.
