Designer fashions at bargain prices from Galway Simon shop

Are you a fashionista whose urge to shop is being curtailed by the recession? A woman with a love for designer fashion but not for designer price tags?

If so, the Galway Simon Community shop on Sea Road has the perfect solution. On the first Wednesday of every month, beginning on Wednesday next at 10am, it will host a value vintage and designer event whereby people can drop by and pick up some high class items at bargain prices.

During the past few months staff and volunteers have been sorting through donations of pre-loved fashions and accessories to build a stunning collection from the 1950s to 1980s with highly desirable vintage hats as well as more modern designer wear items. Labels include Miu Miu, Escada, John Rocha, Chinatown, Biba and Ralph Lauren.

Peruse the new collection at your leisure alongside the high quality range of formerly owned men and women’s clothing, accessories and homewares sold at affordable prices.

Each good value vintage purchase equals expanded value - all profits from the Galway Simon shop go towards funding services which support those who are homeless in the area as well as raising awareness of the issues and problems relating to homelessness.
