Free skin assessments at the Aesthetic Laser and Cosmetic Clinic this Saturday

The Aesthetic Laser and Cosmetic Clinic will host a free walk-in Skin Scope assessment clinic this Saturday, April 21, from 1pm to 4pm.

The assessment is designed for both young and old, and will be carried out by qualified nurse and aesthetic therapist, Anne Markey. Ms Markey will provide a 10 minute consultation highlighting problem areas and the treatments that may reverse or halt any further deterioration.

The innovative Skin Scope machine highlights what is going on with a client’s skin in less than a minute. Clients can see with their own eyes the damage that their skin has suffered from sun, ageing, sunbed use, dehydration, excess oils, poor nutrition, bad skincare regimes, and cellular build-up.

This free assessment will help the therapist to plan the correct course of action for preventative and regenerative skin therapies to help improve the overall appearance of the skin. These therapies can include Omnilux light therapy, IPL skin rejuvenation, cosmetic acupuncture, medical microneedling, and nutritional considerations.

The Skin Scope assessment is used at the Aesthetic Laser and Cosmetic Clinic at different stages of a client’s aesthetic regime to show improvements. It is important to note, however, that this is not a medical assessment and clients must always consult their GP if they have any concerns about skin or medical conditions; this analysis tool is not designed to detect or diagnose any medical skin conditions.

Those interested in having a look at how the years of sun worshipping and the affects of ageing have taken their toll on their skin can visit the clinic this Saturday.
