CAMPAIGN LK are a hip-hop group, but their origins are diverse and the band members draw from a variety of musical styles and experiences.
The roots of Campaign LK go back to 2008, with the collaboration of hip-hop producer Joey Soss, singer/songwriter Brian O’Brian, and guitarist Davey Hatchet. The line-up was completed by bassist Conor O’Brien (formerly of Irish metallers Roper, and session drummer Petey Passions.
As a result, the band describe their style of music as “rock’n’roll meets rap”. The band released their first single ‘The Wickedness’ in June 2011 and the accompanying video clocked up almost 10,000 hits on YouTube.
