JOURNALIST AND author Olaf Tyaransen will host the Leviathan political cabaret series which returns to Galway on Thursday April 26 at 7.30pm in Monroe’s BackStage Bar.
On the night there will be a panel discussion entitled Urban/Rural Divide: Media Myth or Reality? and among the speakers will be broadcaster and journalist Ella McSweeney and cartoonist Allan Cavanagh.
Music and comedy will come from the ever popular Paddy Cullivan and The Camembert Quartet. Paddy is well known as a singer, songwriter, comedian, satirist, writer, and radio and television contributor to RTÉ and Newstalk. Paddy and the Camemberts are also the house band for The Late Late Show.
There will also be a satirical short film from Doris/Magee Productions and slam poetry from Marty Mulligan.
