‘Highly-skilled ambassador’ takes award for Toyota Ireland

Nicola Mannion from Tom Hogan Motors in Galway has claimed third place in Toyota’s prestigious Skills Grand Prix, which awards the company’s top service advisors in Europe.

Mannion, who was representing Toyota Ireland, beat 23 of Europe’s best service advisors to claim third place, becoming the first female to take a top prize in the 18 years of the competition.

Each participant in the compeition must perform four tasks, including an online knowledge test and service delivery role-play.

Finalists are now invited to Toyota headquarters in Japan for the Global Champions Assembly where they will meet fellow champions from around the world.
