SENSATION, THE Irish comedy film about a young farmer and a call girl who move from clients to business partners to lovers is out on DVD tomorrow.
Tipperary farmer Donal Duggan (Domhnall Gleeson ) is 26, lonely and lusty so he engages the services of call girl Kim (Luanne Gordon ). Donal longs for love and realises that love and sex are not the same thing. Ultimately he is faced with the prospect of betraying Kim to save himself. The question is, save himself from and for what?
The film was written and directed by Tom Hall and also features Kelly Campbell, Eleanor Methven, Owen Roe, and Patrick Ryan.
