March Over The Edge reading

THREE WRITERS, Paul Maddern, Rejini Samuel, and Stephanie Klapp will read at the Over The Edge reading in the Galway City Library on Thursday March 29 at 6.30pm.

Paul Maddern was born in Bermuda and lives in County Down. He won the 2009 Templar Poetry Pamphlet Competition while his collection The Beachcomber’s Report was shortlisted for the 2011 Eithne Strong Award.

Rejini Samuel was born and brought up in Nigeria where her Indian parents were secondary school teachers. She came to study in Galway in 1984. She is an Irish citizen and now considers herself almost Irish as well as almost Indian. She writes fiction and poetry. She published her debut novel Heart Stopper under the pen name R J Samuel.

Stephanie Klapp was born and reared in Kassel in Germany and moved to Ireland in 1998. She writes poetry.
