LIVE AND Unsigned Dublin are holding their first Galway band competition in Monroe’s Live on Wednesday March 8 at 9pm.
The competition is decided by a panel of judges and is open to unsigned bands with all members over 18. Best band on the night will win a fantastic prize to include 12 hours of professional recording time in Temple Lane Studios, Dublin; a photoshoot with David Doyle Photography; interview and review in Music Review Unsigned; free practice studio time at The Rockstore; and some Dublin shows.
Bands taking part get 10 minutes to set up and 20 minutes onstage to play as many songs as they would like. To enter you also need to bring 10 or more fans on the night. For the band that does not win but brings the biggest crowd with them on the night, they will be rewarded with a crate of beer.
