GALWAY’S SOUL brother No 1 Dave Barry and Mr Whippy from the Mr Whippy Sound System, will join forces for a DJ set this weekend.
Soul In The Blue takes place in The Blue Note this Saturday from 9.30pm and will see Dave and Mr Whippy (aka Dermot McCabe ) spin floor filling soul, frantic funk, scorching jazz, Latin boogaloo, and whatever else they pull from their estimable record collections.
Admission is free and all are welcome.
