Druid’s production of Martin McDonagh’s The Cripple of Inishmaan has received three nominations in the prestigious Los Angeles Drama Critics Circle Awards.
The play, written by Martin McDonagh, has been nominated for the Outstanding Ensemble award, the Outstanding Production award, and the Outstanding Featured Performance award for actor Dermot Crowley’s portrayal of JohnnyPateenMike.
The Cripple of Inishmaan ran for four weeks in LA’s Center Theatre Group’s Kirk Douglas Theatre last year. The play was a complete sell out and was attended by Kirk Douglas himself.
The award winners will be announced on March 19.
