GÖTTERDÄMMERUNG, THE climax of Richard Wagner’s Ring Cycle operas, will be broadcast live from The Metropolitan Opera, New York, to the Eye Cinema.
Götterdämmerung will be screened at 5pm this Saturday, and stars soprano Deborah Voigt as Brünnhilde, tenor Jay Hunter Morris as Siegfried, and bass baritone Eric Owens as Alberich.
The opera centres on Brünnhilde who must restore balance to the world by journeying to Valhalla and confronting the gods.
