Happy New Year from the French Institute

This is the time of the year for resolutions. We are all aware that 2012 will be challenging for businesses as well as on a personal level. In such a context, languages are bound to play a bigger role in the future.

Start your New Year, à la Française, by joining a French class in the pleasant, friendly, environment of the French Institute. Whether you wish to take up a new language, refresh your school French, enhance your professional profile, prepare for your holidays, get good grades in your French Junior or Leaving Cert, give a head start to your children or plan a new life in France, the French Institute has a course to suit you.

The French Institute offers classes for adults, secondary school students, and children (four to 12 ), and is now enrolling for new courses starting the week of January 16 for secondary school students and January 23 for adults and children.

The school also runs language programmes in France for secondary school students. These programmes are particularly suitable for transition year and pre-Leaving Cert students. They are increasingly successful as students and parents realise that there is no better way to learn a language than to immerse oneself in the culture of a country. Places are still available and enrolments can be made on www.frenchinstitute.ie The French Institute is Galway’s oldest French school, located in the beautiful and historic Bridge Mills, a landmark in the heart of the city. The high level of satisfaction among students along with the dedication of its teachers have contributed to the school’s excellent reputation.

Are you interested in French culture? Why not join the institute’s book and DVD library.
