THE CONTEMPO Quartet will give three Christmas concerts over the next week, with the first show taking place this afternoon.
ConTempo will perform festive music and popular favourites with one or two surprises to boot. The final concert will feature the Chatham Saxophone Quartet joining ConTempo for a performance of Corelli’s ‘Christmas Oratorio’.
The concerts take place today at 2pm in University Hospital Galway; on Wednesday December 14 at 1pm, in City Hall, College Road; and on Thursday December 15 at 1pm in The Kenny Gallery, Liosbán Industrial Estate.
Admission to all concerts is free. No bookings are required but early arrival is advised.
