In November 2010 Citylites, a retail lighting shop which was established in 1981 by Tom Curran, Peter’s father, moved from Eglinton Street in Galway city to a fantastic new showroom at Peter Curran Electric Ltd in the Glenrock Business Park, Ballybane.
This move has been a huge success where customers can enjoy a much larger showroom with a fantastic choice of lighting to choose from, be it a beautiful centre piece for your hall or sitting room, a light for your kitchen or bathroom, outdoor garden and decking lighting, recessed lighting or beautiful chandeliers and pendants we have it all.
We offer ample onsite parking and the ease of access to the showroom, open six days a week, makes it convenient for the customer to shop. Anne Cummins, who was synonymous with Citylites as manageress in Eglinton Street for more than 20 years, continues in the same role and is happy to offer her friendly professional advice on all aspects of lighting.
