Paul Howard, aka Ross O’Carroll Kelly, will be the guest of honour at a meeting of the NUIG Literary and Debating Society tomorrow (Tuesday November 18 ) in the Kirwan Theatre at 7pm.
The writer will be giving a public reading of his latest book in the series, Mr S and the Secrets of Andorra's Box.
In the novel, hero Ross has managed to secure the job of national rugby coach of Andorra and finds himself living like the king of the Pyrenees.
Of course, the slopes can be treacherous and Ross finds, once again, that life gets complicated.
Jennifer Bain of the Literary and Debating socierty said, “It is always a pleasure to host Mr Howard here at NUIG Literary and Debating Society and whether you are a fan of his books, or not, his readings are always entertaining."
There will be a chance to ask Mr Howard questions at the end of the reading. And a reception will follow in Paddy's Bar on Prospect Hill.
