Turoe Farm is just 4km from Exit 16 on the M6, signposted for Bullaun (on left hand side ). Turoe Farm has many wonderful facilities that can be viewed online at www.turoepetfarm.com Over the years Turoe Farm has gained a reputation for offering an excellent value for money product, and the staff provide first class customer service. The farm offers a unique facility for family, group, and individual outings. Apart from its popularity for schools tours, Turoe Farm is also an ideal facility for birthday, First Holy Communion, and confirmation parties, as well as corporate parties. Turoe Farm is open all year round (see opening times ) and is wheelchair friendly.
Throughout the year the farm runs a series of special events, including at Easter, Halloween, and Christmas (see calendar of special events ). Turoe Farm is an array of lights and décor at Christmas; it is tastefully decorated with illuminated Santa scenes, Arctic scenes, etc. At Christmas the animals are indoors, as is normal for farm animals throughout the winter, and they can be fed in their stable. The stable also houses the nativity scene and the crib can be viewed in the stable with the animals.
Turoe Farm has wonderful indoor play areas, from Jungle Town to the inflatable city with its 6ft, 12ft, and 25ft slides. The inflatable city is the biggest indoor bouncing castle in Europe. All the indoor areas are heated and can be enjoyed no matter the weather.
Santa looks forward to meeting all the boys and girls in his grotto; bookings are only taken for groups as families are given queue tickets as they arrive, and with so much to do in Turoe there is plenty to occupy the children until they hear their number coming up over the public address system when it is time to visit Santa. Cameras and camcorders are welcome. Seasonal refreshments and hot food are available .
Opening hours are Saturday and Sundays 1pm to 7pm from December 3; Thursday December 8 from 3pm to 7pm; Friday December 16 from 4pm to 7pm; and Monday December 19 to Friday December 23 from 4pm to 7pm.
