Western Motors with Volkswagen and Audi dealerships based in Galway and Drogheda has launched a fully functional dedicated dealership smartphone application which operates on both iphone and android platforms.
The app is fully loaded with capabilities such as booking a car service, checking a car’s progress while it is being serviced, viewing and enquiring about new and used car stock, and much more.
With photo touch screen, contact customers can phone any frontline member dealership staff, so forgetting the name should not stop them from placing that order.
Western Motors has also recently updated its website and made it more user friendly and it now boasts more than 700 followers on its Facebook page.
Discussing the app, James McCormack, managing director of Western Motors, said: “Our objective is to be a one-stop-shop for all our customers’ motoring needs and with the aid of this app we will hopefully make it a small bit easier for our customers to make contact with us in relation to any of their motoring needs.”
