Receivers have been appointed to a further 18 properties in Galway now under the auspices of NAMA.
Nationally, a further 48 properties have recently had receivers appointed; the majority of these are in Galway and Cork, while the remainder are located in Clare, Wicklow, and Sligo as well as a few in Dublin and England.
The details of a total of 934 properties taken over by NAMA have now been detailed on its website. The 18 Galway properties include a mixed use development in Eyre Square, retail units in Upper Abbeygate Street, The Square in Tuam, Dunkellin Street in Loughrea, residential properties in Bridge Street, Doughiska, Loughrea, and Oranmore, as well as a restaurant and public house in Loughrea.
