Salthill band The Kanyu Tree are currently riding high in the Irish charts with their debut album People Street entering the chart at number four on the day of its release.
The Kanyu Tree are brothers Daniel, Shane, and Oisín Cluskey and the success of People Street builds on the success enjoyed by the band’s most recent singles - ‘Radio’ and ‘Shelf Life’ - which enjoyed massive airplay on national radio. The band’s new single ‘Slow’ is out now.
The Salthill brothers have also announced details of a new round of Irish shows which takes in two dates in Galway - the Fall Ball in the Radisson Blu Hotel on October 26 and the Róisín Dubh on December 15. See www.thekanyutree.com
